Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese entrepreneur living in Orange County, California. My wonderful husband JP and my jolly dad Henry. My followers are mostly on my Instagram account @annephung. Here I tell my tale of highs, lows, and everything in between. I moved to America with my parents and brother in 1990 when I was just one and a half years old. older. I wouldn't be now sharing my story for you were it not because my parents are devoted to hard work and sacrifice. To give them the chance to have a prosperous future, I focused on success and worked hard to get there. I had a set plan for my life: college graduate land a corporate job, marry, purchase the house, and then have kids. My life that I planned for me did not turn out. The year 2013 was the year I began anxious about going to work. job because the pay and prestige did not bring me joyand I was feeling that I was throwing my time and energy for a paycheck even though I knew I was destined for something more. My passion for fitness and my love of socializing with people helped me find my new calling as an instructor. This year I'll be celebrating my 7th anniversary. In 2014, I started my own business. It is rare to find an Asian woman working in this field. It is my goal to be a change maker within the field to offer high-quality coaching that allows individuals to be healthier and happier person by establishing the most sustainable life that meets the individual needs and desires. Furthermore, I try to inspire others to pursue their goals and dreams and achieve anything they want to achieve. When my business was taking flight and I was advancing, my mom passed away. It was the hardest of everything. She won her eight-year battle with the disease. Then she's in Heaven and I will always have her close to my heart. Life really does have the capacity to give us precisely what we require, even if we're not able to see the lesson at the moment. The passing of my mother has altered my life in a variety of ways. It is my belief that her death gave me the opportunity to begin an entirely new chapter. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed. It was her time to start a new chapter in her life which gave me the chance to lead an enjoyable and satisfying life. The thing I'm feeling now in my 30s is a feeling of vitality and awareness. It's as if that I'm living my life, instead of just being. My intention in sharing my experience is to inform you that, you are not the only one. I want you to be aware that love exists and that a therapy session can be normal. Your health is your most valuable asset. As death is all that we can have, I hope you enjoy living your life to the fullest and leave with no regrets.
